Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Every Browzhaus appointment is a one-to-one session with Lubna, and your time is blocked exclusively for you. Because we only take a handful of clients each day, late changes and no-shows have a real impact — this policy keeps things fair for everyone on the books.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of AED 200 is required to secure every appointment. The deposit is applied to the final cost of your service on the day of your visit.
Rescheduling — 48-hour window
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled start time. Your deposit stays on file and carries over to your new appointment date.
- Reschedule at least 48 hours ahead: deposit carried over, no fee.
- Reschedule inside 48 hours: deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book a future slot.
- No-show: missing your appointment without notice results in full loss of the deposit.
Late arrival
We hold a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled start time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and charged at the full service fee — the procedure cannot be safely shortened to fit the remaining time.
Medical exception
If you are unwell, have an active skin condition near the treatment area, or have a genuine medical emergency, please contact us as soon as you can. With reasonable notice and, where relevant, a short note from your doctor, we will transfer your deposit to a rescheduled date at no extra cost. Medical exceptions are reviewed case by case and applied at Lubna's discretion.
Touch-up window
Semi-permanent brow and lip treatments include a complimentary touch-up between 6 and 10 weeks after your initial session. Booking inside this window is required to qualify for the included price.
- Touch-ups booked after 10 weeks are charged at the standard touch-up rate.
- The 48-hour reschedule rule and deposit terms also apply to touch-up appointments.
