The consultation is not a treatment, it is a conversation. Fifteen minutes, in the studio or on a video call, free of charge. We look at your face, your existing brows or lips, your skin, your makeup routine, and anything you have had done before. You tell us what you want. We tell you honestly what fits, what does not, and what it will cost.
We discuss face shape and natural asymmetry, skin type and how it tends to hold pigment, previous semi-permanent or permanent work and how it is ageing, your daily makeup routine so the result works with it, and your outcome goals including photo lifestyle, climate, and realistic maintenance over two to three years in Dubai sun.
You leave with a written recommendation — the specific technique, the price in AED, the honest session count, and the timeline from first appointment to final result. You do not book on the day by default. Take the recommendation home, think about it, WhatsApp us follow-up questions, and book on the site when you are ready.

Yes. Video consultations work well for returning clients, follow-up questions, and for anyone living outside Dubai planning a trip. In-studio is better if you want us to look closely at skin or existing work.
That is a good outcome. A consultation that talks you out of a treatment you would regret is the consultation working as intended. You owe us nothing and we will not chase you.
